So in a previous thread someone said that a longhorn crossed with a char= a calf that grows very slowly after about 2 months is this true with those of you that have had experience with this cross???

Well down the road about two miles the longhorns are about 750 to 900lbs and when bred to char they wean an average of 500lbs seen it done many years

Well i quite reading after page 7 and so i see we have mixed opinions my opinions are also mixed as well..But i think that LH can and do work out for many people so lets just do a little math...Now before i start not trying to pi$$ anyone off or take up for no one but here it goes and well see...

Why??? Holstein are big cattle and brahman ,and from what little i know of simmi x's they are big cows....

and what exactly is a rat tail and can you get one from an angus or brangus bred Charolais
