i dont see the pink you were talking about...As far as the breed i am not even familiar with the breed (but guessing they are gray). What color are his eyes? that should tell you if it is albino?

Different cows have different changes, just when she calves she could turn crazy (just being a good protective mother)... As far as feed she definately needs to cut back, as of when i do not know, but if she is overly conditioned she could have calving issues

So if you had a cow thats problem was couldnt conceive.....no twisted uterus or something just infertile could you plant an embryo in her and she conceive.....just a thought

why did the calf die????

well that just sucks.....i forgot to mention in my previous post that after waiting and waiting and waiting she had the calf and it drowned so bought her a bottle baby and she took it with no hesitation......it sucks but if you have them youll lose them......hope you have a good calving with any...

word to the wise just wait and dont lose any sleep over it.......i started a similar threat last year and i can tell you it didnt help any but just burn my time on the computer.....but no one could expect it to help.....it just gave me something to do.... she will have it when shes ready....
