    I have made up my mind to use oats as a cover when redoing ten acres my question is this. When I was a kid I remember dad doing this and baling the oats in the milk stage. If I do this how long do you let the oats dry? Like hay or bale them wet. Sorry for the dumb question.

    I have a question. I have taken soil samples ect. I plan on no tilling some in my pasture this year. I live In the very north east corner of missouri. I was thinking of planting the crimson but may just get some of everthing to go in will that work?
