    John Deere 4020 Electrical Problem

    Check the switch with an OHM meter. You will need to unplug the wires to do so. The switch could be bad. Had one go bad on a 3020 and it would drain the battery in no time.

    I've got a 20 ft Featherlite Alum. weight is 3850 lbs. steel would out weigh it but don't think it would be that much of a difference. Mine is listed in the free clasifieds. ;-)

    Would the fuel pump be in the gas tank on that model? And if so, could you just pull the fuel tank instead?
