We had two Reg. Hereford cows calve today. one is so pretty with clean white against her brown. The 2nd came out brown & yellow- orange. Some of it seems to be coming off as the cow licks her, but the white looks stained. What might have caused this ? :???: seems ok otherwise.

Had a 1st calf heifer that we had to pull a calf out of (backwards) this evening. She wouldn't lick him off. She just looks at him, we have them penned up together. I milked her colostrum out & only got 2 cups. Still trying to get him to take the bottle. Any suggestions would be appreciated...

I have a calf that's a week old tomorrow that can't stay up on his front legs very well. We splinted his ankles to help him & have tried to stretch his tendons to help straighten them. Does anyone have any other suggestions ? Thank-you.
