When they show video of the caravan....and they are carrying and/or waving other nations flags....since they want in America, wouldn't it help their cause (just a little) if they would be waving or carrying the American Flag!

    Making a Livin'

Well I'm fixing to get 40 heavy bred momma's, add that to my already 35, I'll have 75. Right now I teach school, I'm ready to get out. I mow yards, sell hay, have a green house. I do not want to hire anybody to help. No land payment, tractor and hay equipment paid off. Hoping 75 will pay the bills.

What part of the country are you from, if you don't mind me asking? I agree that just about everybody's answer will vary depending on where they live.

    Making a Livin'

I know this is a very vague question, but....How many momma cows would it take to make a living where you live? I know it depends on a lot of factors, so please don't start preaching to me, :) . Just curious, I'm looking at a career change, I'm in north Mississippi.

    sawmill

Around here, believe it or not, harbor freight seems to be big for the part-timers, like I'm gonna be. A few have the more expensive ones. Got a friend whose dad sharpens the saws on the side, says harbor freight seems to be alright. I really haven't decided.

    Teachers with guns

Just wondering what ya'll thought about teachers having guns, ON THEM, at school. Here in Mississippi, we already have an open carry law. We can, as Teachers, carry concealed, if we have the enhanced license. A lot of parents don't like the fact that their kids go to school with teachers...

A Blue Bird school bus, 20th year. I get to take it home, so it saves me a lot of gas. This evening I'll be on a John Deere 5101 feeding hay and moving some troughs. Have a great day!

No till drill for pasture improvments

Thanks for the input. I realized it wasn't a no till when I watched the video. When I called the dealer, I explained to him that I wanted a no-till, this is what he proposed. Here in North Mississippi, we get plenty of rain, or have so far, I want to plant fescue, rye grass, and wheat, also some...
