Here we go.

I didn't take pictures of mine but have the exact same hay barn with the exception that I tied big rocks to the corners at the ends. I can pick the rock up and move it back easier to uncover a roll than I can dragging timbers, that and the fact that by the time I got to tying the ends, I was worn out and the timber pile was on the opposite side of the place from the haystack.

Beautiful pictures @gcreekrch .... Looks like you got quite a good window for making the hay. One cotton pickin field like that would do us for hay for the year and then some, more than likely... and I wouldn't know how to drive the tractor on flat open ground like that... I would lose my sense of direction without a tree or a post or some ROCKS and LEDGES to rake around!!!!🤣🤣🤣
 
Son says he can see better and runs with the loader up high...especially the rocks and such; usually takes the bucket off unless he is only doing a small field for some reason...
