I use that same mix, but I think he is talking about spraying it on pastures not cattle.

You should read some of the work by Dr. Temple Grandin. She explains a lot about cattle behavior and building facilities. It does not have to be expensive to be safe and effective.

It seems like I read once that, depending on the fat cover, most tenderization occurs during the first 7 days of hanging and days after that, intensifies the flavor.

Your local Co-op might rent trailers. I am told our local does.
