My wife got her a good deer a few days ago. It was an eleven point that scored a 135. She hasn't hunted in eleven years. She had been seeing it in our pasture while I was in the woods bowhunting (figures). He got her fired up to hunt. She took my 7mm and shot him at 135 yards. Not bad for her...

It is legal to hunt on Sundays in Louisiana. I had no idea is was not legal in some states. Man. I learn something everyday... LOL

I'm hooked on them too. I can't get enough of them. I'm glad the Ultimate Fighter is back on. I got hooked on MMA when Forrest Griffin and Stephan Bonner beat the crap out of each other on the first Ultimate Fighter. Its exciting watching 2 people go at it and see who the better fighter is...

I've got a Savage like yours, ss bolt action with a synthetic stock. It's a great varmint gun. The only thing I don't like about it, is the clip design. Any little bump, and the clip pops out.

She had bought 500 rds to go along with it also. I got out today and put a clip through it just to shoot it. It was a blast! I have to get a scope for it and get it sighted in so I can start working on some coyotes.

I guess my favorite is the AR-15. My wife surprised me with an early christmas present. She bought me a DPMS Panther .223. This is my first assault rifle, and I'm looking forward to getting familiar with it. What a nice surprise!!

I've got 45 head eating 1 round bale a day. I put out 2 bales every 2 days. I bought a couple of hay rings this year, and there is hardly any hay being wasted. They are hitting the protein licks and range mill hard too.
