    horse slaughter

You have obviously no idea what even goes on from salebarn to slaughterhouse. A man was just charged in Texarkana for hauling horses that were being transported inhumanely. The horses had deep, fresh wounds from head to tail. I urge you all to do a search for a video called Humane Farming. It...

    horse slaughter

AGAINST!!! Have any of you ever seen what these horses go through? Do your horses a favor and visit a horse slaughter house. They are NOT humanely killed. They are not humanely transported. Most of the horses slaughtered in this so-called great country are completely SOUND. Some are even stolen...

    Simangus bull calf

Well I'm not sure where to go with this. I don't think your doing anything wrong in terms of cruelty or neglect. He is obviously not starving to death or skin and bones. It just sounds like he is just young and in need of some feed, not cows, to help him develop more. We used to raise Angus and...

    Simangus bull calf

He will grow but not as well as he would if he was on some feed. It doesn't take much, not like your showing him. I would give him a few months and then see where he's at. Remember he's still a baby. With a little time and a little grain he should start filling out and looking more like you...

    Simangus bull calf

I would just give him more time. He is still really young. I have had some that didn't fill out and look really good till they were over a year. I also had some that while on the mom, looked like sale barn material but once weaned and on feed, turned into really nice bulls. I do agree that he is...

    3/4 Brahman Bull

No he wasn't AI. His mother has some nice muscle. His dad was a purebred Brahmousin, which is 5/8 Limi and 3/8 Brahman and his momma is a purebred Brahman. I only wish his dad was still alive to produce more like him.

    Limousin heifer (pic)

I wouldn't mind having her in my pasture. She has a very nice front end on her.

    3/4 Brahman Bull

They typically aren't out with the trees. I turned him and his momma out by themselves to get some pictures of him. Everyone else seems to want to be in the picture. Normally the only time he has one on is when we are working with him or he is tied in the barn. Thanks for your concern though.

    3/4 Brahman Bull

I wanted to see what everyone thinks of this little bullcalf. He is a 3/4 Brahman, 1/4 Limi. He is 5 months old in the pictures.
