    Bottle Calf in tar bucket

My 9 month old bottle baby heifer stuck her nose in a tar bucket today. She licked her nose clean. We washed her with dish washing soap and cut off what we can. My questions are.... Is this going to make her sick? How do we get it off of her? :???: Thanks
