It's not a great picture, but I'd say the marbling looks pretty good right? Especially out of a Summit sired steer (summit has pretty poor carcass merits).

Gosh. We are behind on getting ours started on feed. Got a few months to go. Is it normal to crave steak in the morning? Lol
