The hard part is getting a place to host it. There are a lot of places that will host and develop one for you. I think Macon used to do it, you might pm him

I made my site and use the local phone company that provides internet service and godaddy.com for the domain name. (My local phone would provide a name too but I wanted a different one). It wasn't that hard at all. I bought Frontpage on Ebay, hired a high school kid for $100, and away we go. It's is heck of a lot cheaper than having someone else to it for you, especially if you want to update it frequently. Some cattle pages charge for every picture, page, and change and that adds up.

Mine is hosted by 1and1.com cost me 4.95 per month. Im real happy with the service. They registered my domain name for free. All I do is design the site in Microsoft Frontpage and upload it to their ftp server. They do the hosting. Its great.

I use web.com. Easy to use.

I use to have my own site on EZBoard.
And I set it up all by myself. So it's not that hard.
