Young bull development

The "3 questions" post has got me thinking. What are your thoughts on the stages of a young bulls development? What age should they be happing?

What should you see in a weaned bull at 205 days? and until they develope into a 14 to 16 month old bull?

In the other post "development of secondary sexual traits at 8 months" was mentioned what are these traits to look for?

you should see a herd bull in the calf at a young age.then look at him at weaning an see if he still is a herd bull.if he is still a herd bull prospect,then you should feed him as such till he is 16 to 18 months old.its not easy to develop an grow herd bulls.
