I've been hearing it for days now....and the acorns keep falling! Record draught and these Oaks are making some really nice acorns. Should make it an easy hunt this year! Just like allways.........water and food. Amazing to me that they tree are making acorns as good as they look.

Stressed trees tend to want to make seed for procreation reasons. You can cut a fruit tree in the spring and it will bear heavier than normal.
