Yet another eartag question

Who has the best price on Z Tags, and when replacing insecticide tags do you use the old hole or a new one? I've read to not use the old one but if you don't by the time the cow is very old she won't have a ear left. What does everyone do? Thanks, Jed

I bought 3 bags of z-tags cow size locally a month ago and and gave $27.00 per bag.
I rarely use fly tags but use the same hole if I do.

For fly tags if there's a hole already there I use it.

One hole in each ear is enough. Number tags goes in one ear and fly tag in the other. Same hole worked for 17 years in one cow I had.
