For me it would be prohibitively expensive for me to get the vet out where I am to do a BSE.. If I sell a bull, I would gladly pay for the BSE if the customer would like it, in all likelyhood he'll be driving back home and passing by the vet anyhow.</p></blockquote><p></p>
