Fencemans place...central Texas
I've got all my pairs at home now . All different ages and breeds. :)
Yesterday morning I decided I would rather go to the cow sale than work.
There's 3 charlois Pairs in the bunch.
Nice big cows about 5 year's old with 200- 300 calves. I thinks them might do ok as a group. Char are pretty common here but oddly you don't see many replacement go through. We get em penned up. I run down the road a few miles to check on the fence crew. Go back home to load the White Cattle.
Ones has a cut above the eye, not bad but bloody and all over the whole dam bunch. I cussed a bunch and turned them out....it was a real pretty little group. The blood made them look like he//.
Think it would have mattered

Buyers, here at least, look for any reason to pay less. The cows would have also been bought for hamburger here and the calves sold later.

Absolutely made a difference. Had you taken care of the cows before checking on the crew, you would have noticed
you needed gas and stopping to top it off, you'd have bought winning 6 million dollar lottery ticket.
But too late now. :cry2:

No . I wouldn't be opposed to one though. I bought these cows a couple calves back. They calves they have are of off a brangus bull. All greys .
White hair black noses feet and eyes.
