I understand when you worm cows it’s best to pasture then for 2- 3 days then move them to new pasture. How long before they can come back to that pasture? Also would lightly harrowing it speed up the process or not? I haven’t wormed in in over a year and I think I have some showing need of it so I plan to do all of them. Thanks

Infectious larvae survive on pasture or in fecal pats for several months to a year or more.
Harrowing just spreads them around.
If you cut & harvest hay off the paddocks/pastures a couple of times before grazing again, many of the larvae will have dessicated/starved out.
Mature cows will have developed resistance/immunity, and can act as 'vacuums', ingesting those L3 larvae, which are not able to mature in the GI tract of the immune mature cows.
