I now have a chance to win the NCAA Tourny bracket pool at work worth about $250. If Georgetown wins, I win. If anybody else wins, I lose. I'm a huge Hoyas fan right now.

i filled out the bracket for my stepmom at work... and we're gonna split the pot if she wins...
I got Georgetown and UCLA in the final game, but the other 2 final four where wrong. So I'm right there with you today, then I've got UCLA beating G'town for the Championship.

Sorry to see that you didnt win. Hope you can still have a good weekend. I was watching and rootin on the Hoyas. But Ohio State was just too much for them... although I thought G'town could have done better.

Ryan: Thanks for the condolences, but I'll get by. ;-) I only ended up losing 5 bucks. Now I can sit back and enjoy the game Mon night without being too involved. Will probably root for OSU because they're a Big Ten school, but other than that, I won't really care who wins. Kind of interesting that the same two schools that played for the football championship are playing for the basketball title.
Horticattleman: Thanks for the tip. I know you were just joking, but gambling is one thing I've never had a problem with. I play a little quarter-dollar poker once in awhile, and get in a pool at work once in awhile, but thats about it. Haven't been in a casino in probably 30 years even though there are some about an hour from here, and haven't bought a lottery ticket in I don't know how long. Kicked the booze a few years ago, so now my only two big addictions are cigs and these boards. ;-)
