Thank You for the Votes. This is Sophia and she turned 4mths Saturday. This angel has turned my world upside down, I never expected a grand child to have this effect. This particular day I came in from outside and she was asleep. I laid my hand on her pallet next to hers and she grabbed my finger. I was scrolling thru CT and seen the contest Info on resting category so I snapped a pic . I just wish My daughter would understand that she needs to bring her to see her Big Daddy every day.

Wow,.. the trouble for me will be to find just ONE pic..

It better have a cute little kid and a fuzzy little puppy or kitten in it Nesi. I'd have to try to borrow or rent both.

Yep, that always works. Seen too many photo contests over the years not to recognize that, but yours was different. Great subject and the focus in rough & tumble foreground subject against a pure and innocent background brought a really unique aspect to it. An all around great photo.

...and forgot to vote for putangitangi's entry too.
I did recognise it as a NZ photo, but *after* I'd decided I really liked that one and was going to vote for it, but then never got round to logging in.

I was thinking of posting a photo like the 'Roma passed out' one, but thought that would be mean... someone might have really thought it was a deadstock. Or several deadstock, some days I go past the calves and there's about five of them all flaked out in the sun.

no chance of competing against the bairn anyway, I coulda put up the one of me passed out on the cat.
