I thought they would be a bit higher. Best dispersal cows got to $4000 and top selling pen of 10 heifers were $3990. Average on best end would have been close to $3800

That is a bit surprising, although this doesn’t seem like the time of year for sky high bred cow prices.

Convert to US dollars and it is about what good bred cows are selling for here. Except the bred heifers. Just don't see bred heifers at the sale and what you do see is not exactly top of the line.
