Wife’s pet....

Could have some limousine with that white around her nose. May be crossed with brown Swiss. Could also be Braunvieh..

Got some longhorn in her? Trying to figure out where the brindling came from if she doesn’t have Jersey in her.

Interesting. I love the parents didn't expect the baby to look like that. ❤
Does she have a name?

I was gonna guess a Braunvieh cross. Had a half-dozen or so nice brindle halfblood Braunvieh heifers, some 'mealy-mouthed', like that one, when we sold out.

Corriente, Angus Cross The Black Angus can carry red color genes.. Had the cow been bred to a purebred Red Angus
there is a chance (1 in 4?) the calf would have been red and white spotted. I have some 3/4 and 7/8 spotted red angus
with a chance of 15/16 red angus this spring. The calf looks polled. Did you have to dehorn it? I can remenber only 2 with
any sign of a horn. From my experience that first cross can be a rainbow connection when it comes to color. Where you are using
a black bull you most likely will be getting black calves at the 3/4 level. I like the calves from the 3/4 level cows. I get more solid red
than any other color and they do well on feed conversion. If black is your choice stay with it. You won't be disappointed............
