Why so many double/duplicate posts lately?

I see a lot of duplicate posts in different sections lately. Same title.
Are others having the same trouble I am--type a reply or a new thread, and upon submit, instead of the info page saying it posted, the screen just hangs for what seems like minutes?
I hit back and then submit and a double post results. Sometimes, hitting refresh will do it. (I think the page is waiting for the ad at the top left to load)
What's up with that? Has something changed?

Any time the boards are real slow it happens a lot. It takes so long to get confirmation that a post was made succcessfully that hitting submit again or refresh will post it again. Should get much better now that we've changed servers.
