When I was a kid, I learned cats will crawl on their bellies if you put a piece of tape from the base of their tail, to their eyebrows. Combine that with putting tape on the bottom of their feet and you get a cat that crawls and flip their feet.

You can also get a good laugh out of putting a glob of peanutbutter on the roof of your dog's mouth.
