Which wheel rake

I am thinking of getting a Khun, but wanted to here your thoughts before
purchasing it.

i was going to get the kuhn 12 wheel speed rake because i liked the way it was built.plus the fact it has valves you can turn on an off to lower the right or left hand rake by its self.we ended up buying a like new 8 wheel rake insted of the kuhn.

I have a Kuhn SR110 and are well pleased.
I have a friend who bought the new Vermeer model and it is also a good rake.

When did Kuhn start putting valves on them mine had a bar that you switched to rake with oneside or with both sides
My NH has valves to isolate either oneside or the other
Still liked my Kuhn better than the NH that I replaced it with

IMO Kuhn is better than any of the rest that have imitated their design
I like the weight balance of the Kuhn but like the independent wheels of the NH

I looked at Kuhns website and I see the new ones do have the individual valves that is an improvement that they needed to do that just makes them better

My Kuhn rake also has to move the linkage bar to go from one side to both.
A local guy added an extra set of hoses on his to be able to pick up either side or both. He has to use two sets of hydraulics.
