I was thinking about going to a bigger tractor size, probably a 75 HP NH. I was wondering if anyone has use the R4 tires on a tractor this size? Do the ag tires work better in muddy and boggy areas when bushogging? The tractor will be used mainly for haying and bushogging.

With ANY tractor size, make, or model used for Ag work, I'd always go with "Ag Tires". The other types of tires are primarily used for landscape and other non-ag purposes so they don't "mess up" the turf, golf course, or other so-called non-ag sites.

I have R4 on both of my midsized tractors- a 40hp and a 55hp. They are both 4wd and absolutely worthless in mud or greasy conditions. Those R4's will plug with mud and spin like a slick tire.
