whats for breakfast

now i dont eat by the clock pre say.but i do eat when i get hungry.so this morning i had poorboy biscuit susage an egg.sometimes i eat 1 an sometimes i eat 2.depending on how hungry i am.

Just finished a cheese omelet with sausage and toast on the side and a glass of milk. Yummy. On work days I usually have a bowl of cereal or a couple of granola bars, pop tarts or something like that. On work days I usually eat a light breakfast and a good lunch. Weekends I usually eat a heavy breakfast and a light lunch, or no lunch at all.

I had a full English minus the beans, sausage and fried bread..which is Egg, bacon, tomatoes mushrooms and toast washed down with a cup of tea. for lunch I had two ryvita biscuits with a slice of ham and cottage cheese and salad. It is nearly dinner time here so off to the kitchen to prepare a stake and jacket potato feast for everyone....Chris.

I have 3-4 cups of coffee. Thats it. Don't like food in the morning.
