what to put on a calfs hide? birds ripped some off

had some of those black headed birds rip a bunch of a calfs hide off his rear end. his entire rear end up into his back is ripped off. he's doing well.. hit him with some la200.

what can I put on him to help keep the flies off and get this healed? I was thinking aloe ?

Silver Sulfadiazine cream. It will reduce the scar tissue build up, fight infection and prevent fly issues.

Screw Worm spray is what my vet recommended when I had a calf with a hole torn into her back. I don't know about that big of an area though.

What kind of birds? May have to put them in the barn for awhile
