What kind of grass is this?

Anyone familiar w this grass? It is in areas that hold moisture very well. It grows very thick. And very quick. Im thinking some type of native warm season. Possibly an annual. It is showing up in more places this year. Cattle eat it first.

Blade looks like Johnson grass but seeds are different that JG here

It almost has a grain type of seed. Has the hair like thing seen on barley or wheat. Grows ridiculous where its at.
