I am sorry for piling on M5, but it looks like he is a thug. BB gun war and 13 broken windows and something else, but I won't do a google to check. The biggest problem I have is the DA said nothing will happen for two weeks...... Just in time to finish the season and in the big game but to have him gone for the championship game. Which will make the game an eye roller...... And yes he's guilty should have been buried a year ago.

If Ohio St. can hold on and FSU gets by Duke, FSU will beat Ohio St. with a backup QB. IMO
And J.W. could very well be guilty. FSU with J.W. and either the Tigers or the Tide would be a good game. But I can't see the justice of it if Ohio St. beats Michigan St.

Still not charged and Innocent UNTIL proven guilty.

He was accused of getting soda out of the fountain at burger king in the ketchup cups no charges were filed.

The delay is because of Electronic data request for all of the deleted accounts.

Without turning this into an argument, here's my point of view from across the country. What makes Winston a thug is not the BB gun war, a lot of us have done that, it's 13 windows in the apartment complex that got shot out. It's not drinking fountain pop out of condiment cups, it's continuing to steal soda after he was asked to stop. He even asked an employee for a cup for water and continued to steal soda.

The fact the girl had "bruises" and reported him for rape does not bid well for him. As you stated the girls lawyer is a gator booster, the same could be said for this two week delay in charges. May be nothing but the regular season just happens to be over in two weeks and he is the QB of a team with a very, very good shot at a national championship.

In reality he is probably just another spoiled kid that was such a great athlete throughout his life the people who surrounded him turned him into a primadonna. So in his eyes he can get away with shooting out apartment windows, stealing soda from fast food stops and taking a sexual encounter as far as he wants.

I'd say the closest thing to a sure thing is FSU over Duke with JW playing. BS if they wait on the charges if charges will indeed be filed. Hope he's innocent and turns out to be a pillar of the community but that is to be decided.

I'd love to see Mizzou challenge for the title but am honestly tickled to have won the SEC East. The SEC championship would be the topper on the cake. Nobody thought we'd have this record and be playing this well. When you're backup is 3-1 and should be 4-0 you have a pretty solid team.
