Haha. This is part of the "theory" I'm working with: “Happiness is a butterfly, which when pursued, is always just beyond your grasp, but which, if you will sit down quietly, may alight upon you” ~Nathaniel Hawthorne She would be the butterfly...And this is the last note I sent before the message: “This is my wish for you: Comfort on difficult days, smiles when sadness intrudes, rainbows to follow the clouds, laughter to kiss your lips, sunsets to warm your heart, hugs when spirits sag, beauty for your eyes to see, friendships to brighten your being, faith so that you can believe, confidence for when you doubt, courage to know yourself, patience to accept the truth, Love to complete your life.”~Borrowed from ThinkExist.com It is possible the acknowledgement of the donation I sent to the Methodist Childrens Home in Waco in honor of our frienship arrived. I know I felt good about sending it so maybe that was it. Alisonb...She does have a busy schedule and I have already asked how and when we might be able to get together. She does have family that doesn't live far from here so I was hoping she may be coming this way. Communication has been one way this week until that little text so I was beginning the think I already messed up. Hope ole Nathaniel new what he was talking about. It is sad but I seem to have always had "bugs in the carpet".
