What a difference!

I've been doing therapy, acupuncture over and over for 4 years. Finally got a MRI 2 herniated discs and a ruptured disc. The steroidal injection into my spine was a godsend. Finally had a good night's sleep,6 in a row !!

So the acupuncture was a waste of time and even delayed correct diagnosis?

Glad it worked! Hubby tried the steroid injections and they didn't help him but he also had stenosis.

I used to get those spinal injections. They really do help, but that giant elephant needle going into my spine was like some sort of torture.

Yes and so was 6 months of therapy.

If it was therapy and acupuncture I am assuming you were recieving Chiropractic treatment. While Chiropractic has its place, it is no substitute for getting an MD's diagnosis. At what levels are the bulges and herniation? Has the Dr. talked about potential surgery?
