Oh no!!!!
They didn't do the paperwork right. All humans are now at risk. Oh wait....this is about dog food.

Did they find an BSE positive samples? No, it was just a warning letter or them to have better record keeping.
What's a matter flounder?? Runnin out of scare tactics so now you're resorting to dogs?

One thing I noticed is the letter was from last year..AND THE ONLY ONE FOR THE YEAR!
I put it in bold just in case chicken little missed that little tidbit
