i should know what this weed is since i've seen them my whole life, but i dont. i know south Georgians will know what i'm talking about but dont know how widespread this weed is. i see them growing in a lot of peoples pastures and in ditches but i dont have this weed. obviously the cows dont eat them, they make smallish trees maybe ~ 6ft high. is has beans and a very bright orange beautiful flower. a legume of some sort i'm guessing...

If the flowers are clusters and the beans are pod like, how about milk weed

dun

none of these i dont think, though i cant find cycle pod. its not a trumpet vine or a milkweed or a senna bean. its like a small tree, has a flower a lot like the partridge pea i think but its a bright orange color. tree kind of reminds you of a mimosa .

Are you referring to this? I thought it might be a Cassia but wrong color flower. I used to know it but just can't remember right now.
