since the belts are worn due to a wrong adjustment.id say they should be covered by the warenty.but one thing i do know is youll have to replace the belts.
If they will warranty them then I would get it done. I baled with a John Deere 330 for 20 years the belts were worn but would still bale. If I were you and had to pay out of my pocket for them then I would keep baling, You will be amazed at how long worn belts will function and bale a good bale.
