Venison Recipes

My daughter is looking for a recipe for jalepeno/cheese sticks, anyone have a favorite to share?
She has done up some jerky with the ground recipe and done in the oven. She has another batch in the smoker that is teryiaki (sp??) but hasn't found a recipe for the jalapeno cheese sticks...

I don't know of any but would love to hear the ground jerky recipe done in the oven.
