A four year old Veldmaster bull, part of the South African composite program run by Johann Zietsman, low maintenence grass developed bull. What are the thoughts on a similar program for the southern states in the USA?

Knersie, the Bonsmara are doing well, the breeders I know in the USA are keeping the quality high and are selling out bulls, as usual I am posting something different to stimulate discussion, I still preferr to breed pure strains and cross at commercial level rather than develop composites, but that is just my personal preference.
