One of my bull customers asked me to write my vaccination program and parasite control program down for him to use in his herd. Anyway I was double checking dosages of various vaccines and noticed that on the enclosed leaflet of Piliguard Trivalent (pinkeye vaccine) it doesn't say to give a booster shot as all the other vaccines require.

Does this mean it isn't neccesary or do Shering Plough assume its standard practice and don't need to be mentioned?

The vet is out of town on a seminar otherwise I would have asked him.

I did a quick search using google to verify what I remembered from using it this spring.

Nothing was said of a followup vaccine, just annual boosters.
We used Piliguard Trivalent on our cows & Piliguard pinkeye +7 (clostridium added)for our calves this year. The calves vaccine said to revaccinate in 3-4 weeks, maybe that was for clostridium protection? But a different brand, Alpha 7/MB said to vaccinate 3 weeks after the initial vaccine with an additional pinkeye vaccine. Guess it really pays to watch the different brands recommendations.
We did have some pinkeye outbreaks, but not nearly as bad as the previous year. We will vaccinate next year since we think it helped.
