lookin ok sar far I guess I didn't really want to be specific, but if anyhas any that are on a microsoft word program would really be helpful but this is what I am looking for I think the link was good and the document appeares to be thorough

If you have the MSoffice suite you might look at this site.
Most of the files are based on excel. Some of the programs are stand alone programs. These are free to download and use as you want. I have found several handy apps here.
But there are some on these boards are who are scared of using the technology at hand ......especially if it's free  . anyway here's the link.

Or if your asking for a timetable about when and what to do you might look at this site.
http://beef.unl.edu/index.shtml
then on the left side menu bar click: Beef Production Calender
hope this helps :)

I appreciate all the help you guys and gals on here freely give this site is a testament to your kindness thanks to you all

this does help :D

One more thing. Extension agents offices usually carry a bunch of misc. forms you can use, and most Beef Quality Assurance Programs have the forms too. I couldn't get the Texas BQA to pull up on the web. Might try one in GA
