I don't think Sark wants to open that can of worms, I think there was more than just his alcoholism that got him fired.

I would hope he doesn't have a snowball's chance of getting anything from them, but I'm amazed everyday at how some things like that turn out. I know if I showed up liquored up at work once I'd be done, let alone multiple times and in front of their kids and donors. He has no one to blame but himself and he needs serious help.

I would guess he will go with "alcoholism is a disease" argument. And since that is what we are constantly told, he may actually have a chance to win.

You can't help someone that's done nothing wrong in his eyes, and won't accept his responsibilities. Very few drunks and drug heads stay off the wagon. Everyone deserves a chance or two, but after the 3rd time they need a bullet.
