I decided not to lute any of the brahman heifers who my new brahman bull made an unscheduled visit to see.
None of the heifer got bred!
I was not expecting calves from this bull until August, but I guess he was faster than I thought. There was a brahman cow in the pasture with the heifers who had cycled 2 weeks prior(may have been three). I thought it would be a month later before she would cycle again. But she is bagged up, loose in the back. Glad its been a good spring though! Good grass and perfect weather for calving brahman.
