I think I am going to ride down there are a few things that have sparked my interest. Is it usually a pretty good sale? It looks pretty big and fast paced. Here lately auctions are running high but you don't know til you go.

oh ok I will pm you my cell same applies to lunch ... I been going there for years and always took a tractor trailer and lowboy and loaded up and sometimes had to make 2 trips but the last 2 years stuff has been going pretty high and last year left with a empty trailer. This year I will take a landscaping trailer down and see what happens if it goes high no biggie if I buy stuff im only a hour away and will run back sunday to get my stuff. It seems all sales I have been to have been really high this year.

I ended up buying a truck this week so I guess my auction trip is canceled now. Really just wanted the hydraulic scraper but I guess it will just have to sit on the wish list a bit longer. It will probably sell for next to nothing now that I am not going. So if anybody was looking for a good deal I have pretty much guaranteed it for you.

Smokin stuff went high as crap if it had anything to do with cattle. I luckily got a 3 pt plow for pretty cheap probably cause it was made by MF but it was in real good shape. I also bought couple bbq sandwiches and sweet tea lol The tractors went cheap though I was in shock I wanted some gates they were good shape but scratched and scuffed to h E 1 1 made by tarter people paid 150 for a gate that is 119 brand new at tractor supply. Cattle prices have made alot of people loose there mind. Manual head gate that was old as crap and had tons of welds on it sold for 450.00

It would have been. 15k plus here. People like those here, myself included.

For some reason I thought I read that it had a loader, here a nice 4430 with loader will bring 15k to 20k, but if that one was nice it still would have been close to 15k here. Most of the equipment prices you talk about sound cheap compared to here.

Yea but equip has went up alot last few years here at sales that is.

Figured most of the equipment would go high. You can't buy gates or cattle handling equipment at a sale they always go for more than new I don't know why. Does sound like the tractors went reasonable. I didn't get a pic of my scraper on your trailer and your ransom demands so I guess it wasn't a steal! :lol2: Sorry I couldn't catch you guys but the truck was a deal I couldn't let go.

I got annoyed and left right around 2pm figured instead of wasting my day I would go make some money and start a clearing job. Yea I learned a lesson when economy was extremely bad I should have bought a lot more stuff to sell and have lol Yea you talking about the blade with hydraulics by john deere? Hey you gotta do what works for you we are all within a hour of one another may another sale or maybe a planned meet or meet up at a sale barn or something.
