Im looking at trying to purchase an underwater camera for mostly use in ponds and smaller rivers. Dont want to spend over $150 because it won't be used a lot. Anyone use them? Seems they are used more for ice fishing.
I know what a crap pot is here in Arkansas, and I've no interest in pictures. What is a crap pot there?I'd like to put one on my crap pot.
I cant swim so would be using it from the bank or a small boat. Are you wanting one that you can use from the surface or are you going to use it while you are underwater?
I had considered a fish pro. Most of the cheaper ones are going to be Chinese knock offs. Most will probably work fine. Fish Pro has a basic camera pretty cheap.

The one I linked probably won't work for casting from shore. AquaVu makes one made for casting and trolling, they call it a lure camera. They're one of the original fishing camera companies, so I would expect its quality to be decent.I had considered a fish pro.
