I see cow creek ranch is selling bulls and cows in october. Some Brangus some Ultrablack. I wasnt familiar with ultrablack and was hoping someone over here could tell me what was different about them. I suspect they will sell ultra expensive.
If I email and ask them I am pretty sure they will only point out the good parts. People over here will usaully tell it like it is, which I value.

I want to say Ultrablack is what they are trying to call Brangus-Gelbvieh cross bulls. i dont know why they have to name them something random. that may not be right but seems like i remember rolling my eyes when i read something about that a while back.
if its not that, its some combination of angus and brangus. like i said its been a while since i saw the term.

having thought about it some more i think i was thinking about something else with the gelbvieh. i think ultrablack is just some certain percentage of a Brangus Angus cross. i think its like Angus Plus except theres more brangus than angus.

It looks to me like it is a type of registered trademark Angus. Put another way, an expensive Angus. See the link:
