This comment at the bottom tells it all.

"I'm no fan of 1% er's but this was police over reach and over reaction. The cops don't want to go through all those trials and go over the ballistics of who had police bullets pulled out of them."

While the bikers were shooting at each other, the cops were shooting at everyone. It was a travesty to arrest everyone and keep many in jail for weeks on bogus charges or no charges at all. It was a botched operation from day one and did a lot of damage to otherwise law abiding citizens. It was guilt by association at its worse.

I agree. They totally mishandled that whole deal from the start. They are doing this to cover their butt. They do not want the details being gone thru minute by minute in court.

I hope they sue the **** out of that department to send a message to law enforcement that their actions have consequences also.

Police should have stood down and let the Banshees and the Bandidos kill each other. Not a great loss on either side. This fued goes back a long way.

I am sure between them nobody saw anything. They'll sort it out in their own time and their own terms. It'll be dealt with.

Screw up or not 9 people died and noone is held accountable.
