Trouble uploading pictures

Does anyone else have trouble uploading photos. I've wasted so much time today trying to put photos into the gallery. I managed some earlier today. No luck since. My computer is slow at the best of times. But trying for 20 minutes to half an hour is no good. Any answers from anyone?

i find its much faster and easier for me to upload them one at a time than to try to upload more than one at the same time.
