Anyone had success planting Tifton 85 plugs instead of sprigs? My ag agent was talking about guys using a vegtable planter and using a 6x6 grid pattern. Never heard of this.
I have seen this done. I thoght it took to long to cover all the area. Also took to much herbecide to keep the weeds out of the areas not planted. I would not do it. Well unless they pay.
