well said!!!

I think I would start raising goats and rabbits for meat before eating petri dish meat/crap

Heck, pigeon would probably be more palatable!!
I guess tofu or veggie burgers are not enough for them...not saying that I would eat tofu or veggie burger.

I could never understand why we cannot do something with overpopulated horses, feral hogs, dairy steers, Asian carps and Canadian/Snow geese which can be used to feed to the starved countries.

I have a hard time putting dairy steers in that group.

A well fed dairy steer is actually pretty good meat, it just takes a while to get them there, not very efficient, but not awful to eat.
Well there are plenty of dairy steers to go around!

Dairy calves are very abundance so I don't have a hard time putting them in that group.

wonder how long it would take a burger from them to grow in the dish? feller could eat a whole bunch of tofu waiting on it

I already have enough things growing in my refrigerator. I don't need to have a quarter pounder turning into a half pounder or more before I get around to cooking it.

So I just read up the comments on some articles about test-tube beef. Vegetarians would eat that since the animal wasn't harmful....but yet they won't touch any GM corn or other GM vegetables.
