#2 With a wind that violent, I'd think most countries/jump schools(if that's what they call them?) wouldn't be jumping on that day.
 
Perfect example of why a cord cutting knife should be worn attached for easy access. It is much harder to get those round chutes to collapse on a windy day. He is lucky to be in an open field and not around trees, fences, rocks or other objects.
 
He looked pretty bad anyway there at the end of the video even without rocks and trees--I'd hate to see that happen in pricklypear or mesquite country..or barbed wire fences.

Evidently it was in Russia--you can hear people in the background laughing at his predicament.
